The January 2025 Goalies vs Strikers sessions were designed to get both goalies and players involved in activites which work on: positioning and shot stopping for goalies; and first touch, striking the ball and the principles of the attack for the players. Goalies particIpated as both goalie and player to allow goalie rotations, but also to ensure the goalies continue to work on their playing skills such as first touch and striking of the ball.
